Load Frame

This universal material testing machine with hydraulic drive is ideal to test rocks, concrete and other construction materials (Type UL-XXXX SH). The load system can be tailored to customers’ specific requirements e.g. different test jigs, Triaxial or uniaxial tests, concrete tests, combined shear and compression tests with an exclusive software to control load frame in both basic and highly complex applications.

We manufacture different type of hydraulic powerpacks which supply hydraulic fluid for servo hydraulic testing machines to meet the loading requirement of the test. A key feature of our hydraulic power packs is that they offer demand-dependent flow-rate control, delivering at a constant pressure of 210, 280 or 340 bar.

Load frame is compatible for performing direct shear, unconfined compression, triaxial, bending, indirect tensile, direct tensile, fracture toughness, creep, flexural and cyclic loading tests (The hardware for each test should be ordered separately). LOAD FRAME GEOsys software, with several testing modules/ applications for Asphalt, Concrete, Rock triaxial and uniaxial tests controls the test procedures, means it can work as a fully automated system and provides an easy way to create custom test modules.
